Important: PlayHDMovie does not host, store or upload any media content on its servers. We operate strictly as a discovery and reference index platform. All media referenced through this Platform is provided by independent third-party licensors. Access to any referenced media requires verified user consent which is logged server-side. We will remove all references to flagged content within 72 hours of receiving a valid notice. You must also contact the relevant third-party providers directly to remove content at its source.

1. Our Commitment

PlayHDMovie complies fully with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and operates as a service provider under the DMCA safe harbor provisions. Upon receiving a valid, complete DMCA notice we will: (a) remove or disable access to the flagged content within 72 hours; (b) document the action taken with timestamp record.

PlayHDMovie operates a verified consent system — all user access to referenced media is gated behind a server-side consent verification mechanism which logs user agreement with IP and timestamp. This means user access to any referenced content constitutes documented, affirmative informed consent.

2. Required Elements

Your notice must include ALL of the following under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

Your full legal name, address, telephone, and email.
Description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
The exact URL(s) on playhdmovie.com where the content appears.
A good faith belief statement that the use is not authorized.
A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices will not be processed. False notices may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

3. Submit a Request

Use our Contact Form — select "DMCA / Copyright Request" as the subject and include all required elements listed above.

We process all valid requests within 72 hours. Please do not submit duplicate requests for the same content.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, submit a counter-notification via our contact form with: your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake, consent to jurisdiction, and your signature.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

PlayHDMovie maintains a policy of terminating access for repeat infringers in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).
